We are not liable for:

• Customer errors (e.g., incorrect personalization, shipping address, or design approval)

• Damage caused by mishandling after delivery

• Delays due to third-party couriers or force majeure events

By placing an order, you agree to our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

All of our products are custom-made to order and crafted specifically based on your selections and/or personalization. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. If you believe your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or there was an error on our part, please contact us within [3–7] days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
